RésuméIdentité croyante et croyance identitaire : quelle foi pour quelle identité ? La présente contribution étudie la possibilité pour la théologie d’être accompagnatrice des sujets dans leur parcours existentiel en traitant spécifiquement de la question des relations entre l’éthique et la foi. Pour ce faire, le premier point décrit le contexte contemporain dans lequel se pose actuellement la question de l’identité. Ce point permet de repérer quelques lieux de confrontation et d’énoncer des déplacements significatifs entre une morale dite « traditionnelle » et l’ambiance post-ou ultra-moderne qui caractérise notre monde contemporain. Le deuxième temps explore la possibilité de la proposition de foi dans un tel monde via la notion de l’instabilité fondatrice du christianisme, tandis que le troisième temps dégage quelques implications éthiques du parcours réalisé.
Identity of believers and identity from beliefThis contribution studies the possibility that theology might accompany subjects in their existential itinerary by specifically treating the question of the relations between ethics and faith. To do this, the author begins by describing the contemporary context in which the issue of identity arises. This permits us to locate some points of confrontation and define the significant shifts between so-called ”traditional“ morals and the post or ultra-modern ambiance that characterizes today’s world. The author goes on to explore the possibility of proposing faith in such a world through the notion of the founding instability of Christianity, finally drawing some ethical implications from the path covered. |
