RésuméEn conclusion, il appert que la question de la loi naturelle est marquée d’emblée par la polysémie qui la complexifie. Celle-ci traverse les documents magistériels. Il semble très important de maintenir la conception d’une nature dynamique et ouverte qui se distingue d’une normativité inhérente à l’être humain. La nature est un livre à interpréter. Ainsi peut-on appréhender la nature comme limite, d’une part, et comme sens ou projet, d’autre part. La nature est donc à situer dans une dynamique de grâce. La morale s’ouvre alors à la théologie et à la loi nouvelle. La notion de loi naturelle oblige aussi à réfléchir aux fondements de l’éthique. Il n’est pas possible d’opposer l’éthique théologique, réservée à un certain espace, et l’éthique séculière. C’est alors le champ de la communicabilité qui s’ouvre ; la médiation christologique permet d’articuler éthique théologique et éthique séculière.
ConclusionsIn conclusion, it is clear that the question of natural law is immediately affected by a certain polysemy that makes it more complex. This complexity runs through documents of the Magisterium. It is of the utmost importance to maintain the conception of a dynamic and open nature, as opposed to normativity inherent to the human being. Nature is an open book to be interpreted. So we can approach nature as a limit on the one hand, and as meaning and a project on the other. Nature must be situated in the dynamics of grace; then morals will open up to theology and the new law. The notion of natural law also obliges us to think of the foundations of ethics. It is impossible to oppose theological ethics, reserved for a certain area, to secular ethics. Thus the field of communicability opens; Christological mediation allows us to interconnect the theological and the secular in matters of ethics. |
